Crescent View Engineering’s staff has experience designing an array of civil construction drawings, including multi-million dollar projects all the way to small civil upgrades to an existing site. We handle everything from municipal public projects that go through a general contractor bid process to grading plans for single family homes or commercial sites. We truly believe that there is no project too big or too small, and we treat each project with the same respect we give to our clients.
Crescent View Engineering is a licensed engineering firm by the Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Our staff has certifications in professional engineering in Georgia and Alabama. We have LEED Accredited, GSWCC Level II, and Professional Traffic Operation Engineering staff. We are a pre-qualified consultant for the Georgia Department of Transportation and a DBE certified firm. The firm carries general liability, E/O, and workers compensation insurance to protect the company and its clients. We pride our company on providing outstanding customer service to our clients. We would be happy to give references from past clients upon request.

George Henry (Trey) Baltz, III, PE, LEED AP
Trey started Crescent View Engineering with the goal of providing quality civil engineering services with a focus on client communication and understanding. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Trey earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. Before founding Crescent View Engineering, Trey worked at large and small engineering firms in metro Atlanta, where he gained expertise and established solid professional relationships with those in the field. A licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and LEED Accredited Professional, Trey is committed to providing quality services to his clients.

Peng Zhang, PE, PTOE
Peng co-started Crescent View Engineering with the goal of providing quality civil engineering services with a focus on project delivery and management. A native of Beijing, China, Peng earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a M.S. in Transportation Engineering from Georgia Tech. Before founding Crescent View Engineering, Peng worked at a global engineering firm in metro Atlanta, where he gained expertise and established solid professional relationships with those in the field. A licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and Alabama and a Professional Traffic Operation Engineer (PTOE), Peng is committed to providing quality services to his clients.
